L’objectiu d’aquest treball és presentar l’experiència i els resultats derivats de l’aplicació del mètode d’aprenentatge basat en projectes (PBL) de l’assignatura de Termotècnia de la titulació d’Enginyeria Química de la Universitat del País Basc/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea. Communities of practice can become a perfect place where teachers can reflect on their practice, share approaches, experiment with new content and new practices. The interaction between teachers in a community of practice encourages peer learning and stimulates problem solving. The present work, centered on the reciprocal teaching and project based learning methodologies, involved 195 disability and inclusion pre-service teachers and gave them the opportunity to experience the integration of the two teaching / learning models through which they learned how to collaborate and achieve results in effective way and working with others.

In Finland, the most radical ongoing school reform is fading out the borders around school subjects to better prepare young people for future challenges. The new National curricular guidelines include phenomenon - based learning (PhBL) at all school levels. Exploring the critical incident technique to encourage reflection during project-based learning

Previous research has reported on the challenge of promoting students' generic reflection during authentic project-based courses. This work explores a teaching intervention based on Flanagan's Critical Incident Technique (CIT) during a project-based software development course. The intervention aims at increasing students' awareness of their own learning and at encouraging reflective practice throughout the project. Students were asked to report on 'incidents' when they experienced learning during the course, and to reflect on the task itself at the end of the course.
